Mimecaster Central Community Login issue

We are aware that customers may not be able to login to the Mimecast Community. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We believe we have identified the issue impacting customers logging into the Mimecaster Central Community. We are working on full resolution and will update this page as soon as we have further information.

We are continuing our investigation into the Mimecaster Central issue. At this time customers cannot authenticate to the community to create new cases or view updates on existing cases. Replies from Mimecast support will be delayed. If you are experiencing a critical issue or service disruption and need immediate assistance, we recommend that you call in to speak with our support team, but please note hold times will be longer than normal. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

We are seeing improvements in the ability to authenticate to Mimecaster Central, and users may be able to access the community at this time. We continue to work on a full resolution and will update this page as soon as we have further information.
