AAA Degraded Processing

We are aware that Mimecast customers utilizing our AAA (Advanced Account Administration) or FAA (Federated Account Administration) account configuration option may be seeing outbound messages queued and deferred. This impacts a limited number of accounts and, at present, we are not aware of any impact to customers using our standard configuration. We are investigating this behavior and will post further updates here.

We believe we have identified the issue impacting Mimecast customers utilizing our AAA (Advanced Account Administration) who may be seeing outbound messages queued and deferred. Further investigation indicates that FAA (Federated Account Administration) accounts and customers using our standard configuration are not impacted. We will post further updates here

We can confirm that we have resolved the issue of outbound messages being queued and deferred for customers using AAA (Advanced Account Administration). All systems are now functioning normally. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
