Newly Observed Domain Degradation

We can confirm that the Newly Observed Domain (NOD) check utilized by our Impersonation Protect and Web Security services has an issue and both are experiencing degraded performance. We are investigating the matter and will post further updates here.

We have identified the issue effecting our Impersonation Protect and Web Security services. Our mitigation steps are underway and we are seeing improvement with both services. Further updates will be posted here as available.

As a result of our mitigation steps we can confirm that there is no longer an issue with the Impersonation Protect and Web Security services. We will continue to closely monitor application availability and performance but all services should now be functioning normally.
