Intermittent Phone System Identification & Call Routing

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with our customer support phone system, where the interactive menu is not accepting Mimecast IDs. As a result, we recommend that customers log in to the Mimecast Support Hub to raise support cases.
Our team is actively investigating the issue, and updates will be posted here as they become available.

Our team continue to investigate the issue with routing phone calls to the relevant team when using a Mimecast ID to reach the support team. Phone calls from customers using existing case numbers to reach support are not impacted. We encourage customers to continue logging tickets via the Support Hub. Further updates will be shared here as they become available.
