Administration Console Authentication Issues on AU & UK Grids

We are aware that some customers hosted on our UK and AU grids may be experiencing authentication issues logging into the Administration Console. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We believe we have resolved the issue of a degraded service on accessing Mimecast's Administration Console and applications. Some customers hosted on our AU grid were also experiencing issues attempting to access links re-written by Mimecast. Our Engineering teams are continuing to monitor the situation. We will provide further updates here.
