TTP URL Scan Timeouts

We are aware that some customers hosted on our US-B grid may be experiencing intermittent scanner timeouts when clicking on URLs. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

Our mitigation steps continue and we believe we have identified the problem that is causing intermittent scanner timeouts for some customers. We recommend all customers re-check their Microsoft 365 Safe Link configuration. We are monitoring the status of intermittent scanner timeouts experienced by some customers attempting to access rewritten Mimecast URL’s via Microsoft.
We recommend customers continue to verify that their Mimecast Targeted Threat Protection domains appear within their Microsoft 365 Safe Link configurations.
