Outage Details
Mimecast is aware that a small subset of customers are not receiving Two Factor Authentication (2FA) SMS messages, as a result they are unable to log on to Mimecast administration console or other applications. Our 3rd Party SMS provider is currently investigating. Customers using 2FA 3rd party authenticators such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator remain unaffected and all other Mimecast services continues to operate as normal.
