We have taken mitigation steps and begin to see improved mail processing performance for previously impacted customers hosted on our UK grid. We are continuing our resolution and further updates will be posted here.
We believe we have resolved the issue of a degraded service on the UK grid. There may still be some delays in mail flow as the backlog clears. We are closely monitoring performance and will provide further updates as they become available.
