Mimecast continues to work on the migration of our ticketing system. Efforts will continue overnight. The next expected update will be be tomorrow morning EST.
Work on the ticketing system migration is continuing throughout the day. Another update will be posted by the end of the day EST if not sooner.
Support can still be reached by phone during this time.
Customers should start to see Mimecast Support communications flowing from the new system. These will originate from support@mimecastsupport.zendesk.com. The migration is still underway but the validation phase has begun. The next update will be tomorrow morning EST at the latest.
