Mimecast is aware of a service disruption impacting our Mimecast Security Agent (MSA). The agent's requests back to Mimecast are currently being rejected resulting in DNS failures on clients. Web Security customers utilizing our DNS filtering without the use of the MSA are functioning normally. We are investigating this issue and will post further updates here.
