We have identified an issue affecting customers with Belgian & French phone numbers who are experiencing SMS verification code delivery failures. We are currently working with our SMS provider to fully restore delivery. To ensure uninterrupted access to the services, we recommend using an alternative method of two-factor authentication (2FA), such as an authenticator app, if available. These methods can provide a secure and reliable way to complete the verification process while we resolve the SMS delivery issue.
