Mimecast experienced a ~4-hour incident where Partner Administrators were caught in a login loop when attempting to access customer Administration Consoles through the Partner Portal. While login to the Partner Portal itself remained functional, users were repeatedly logged out upon attempting to navigate to customer consoles, affecting all global grids. The incident was under active engineering investigation throughout its duration.
