Our engineering teams are continuing to work towards a workaround to restore services prior to the 3rd party upstream provider recovering. Mindbody customers are experiencing intermittent errors and observing classic experience pages while navigating through the Mindbody Web Software.

We have identified an upstream 3rd party provider impacting the Mindbody Web Software. Due to the impact from the upstream provider, Mindbody sites have reverted to the classic experience causing some critical workflows to break. Our engineering teams are currently investigating a workaround while we work with the 3rd party provider to restore service. Our next update will be at 1:30PM PT.
