Outage Details
Since approximately 20:30 UTC 2023-08-02, MongoDB customers have been unable to claim their Activation Codes. Affected users will get errors in the Cloud UI when they try to do so and the code will not be claimed. When this issue is resolved, customers are encouraged to re-apply their Activation Codes to have access to their subscriptions.
