We are aware of an issue in Microsoft Teams affecting the formatting of link citations and feedback/help options in the bot. Microsoft has identified the issue and has confirmed that a fix is scheduled to roll out in the next release scheduled for the 4th week of January.
For ongoing updates, you can track the status of this issue in the Service Health section of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under issue TM962326.
