We have identified an issue preventing users from signing in to the My Moveworks portal. This appears to be affecting customers who use Ping Identity for authentication.

The issue has been fully resolved, and users should now be able to sign in to the My Moveworks portal using SSO normally. If you continue to experience problems, please contact support.

We are now also observing that this issue is impacting customers using non Ping Identity SSO providers as well. Our engineering teams are continuing to investigate and remediate the root cause.
