Resident Screening - NA - Reported Incident - Identified

Dear Valued MRI Client,

MRI is aware of an issue affecting Experian RentBureau that may cause some applications to remain in a pending status while awaiting a RentBureau response.


To prevent screening delays, MRI has delivered an update to temporarily suspend the RentBureau dependency from the screening workflow. Following this change, applications will no longer be held pending due to RentBureau availability. This change will not impact the completeness or quality of the rent payment history results.


All applications currently pending due to the RentBureau disruption will be processed within two days, without any action from you.


Our objective remains to provide a consistent and timely screening experience while maintaining the quality of resident screening results.
