Dear IVION Users,

We have identified the root cause and are actively working on the fix. We will release the patch with IVION 11.12.1 and are working to having this released as soon as possible. This issue does impact all point cloud download file types when selecting the Spatial Reference System coordinate option in the Crop & Download tool, as the previous status message only indicated specific file types.

Thank you for your patience as we investigate this issue and we will share updates as soon as we can.
