RESOLVED 15 days ago - at 04/14/2026 05:22PM

Dear Valued Clients,

Our teams have identified the issue, and following actions are necessary for normal system functionality.

Apple has updated the terms and conditions for its Developer Program. Until these updated agreements are reviewed and accepted in your Apple Developer Portal, we are blocked from deploying a critical security update required for your app to continue functioning properly.
What happens if no action is taken by April 1?
If the required Apple agreements are not accepted before April 1:

Your Engage Mobile app will fail to launch for guests
Guests will see an error message (e.g., “Oops, something went wrong”)
Guests will be unable to proceed or place orders
This will directly impact guest experience and revenue

Why this matters now
The latest Engage Mobile iOS release (version 26.0.0) includes a required security update. Apple will not allow this update to be deployed unless the latest Developer Program agreements are accepted by the Account Holder on your Apple Developer account.
What you need to do (required)
1. Log in to your Apple Developer Portal using your Account Holder credentials
2. Review and accept the latest Apple Developer Program and app agreements
3. Once completed, we will be unblocked and able to deploy the required update

Sincerely,
NCR Voyix Support Team
