Neon Console logins are failing

We are seeing recovery in login flow via Google. We continue to monitor the situation while this is ongoing to ensure complete recovery.

Logins via Google are still unavailable due to an outage at one of our service provider. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide timely update once we have more information.

Upon further examination, only login via Google are currently unavailable. Logged in users should still remain unaffected, just like database operations. This is due to an outage from one of our service provider.

We'll continue to monitor the situation and post updates once we have more information.

Currently users authenticating via our OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft, Github and Hasura) are unable to log in. This is seemingly due to an incident at one of our service providers.

Logins via username/passwords are unaffected. Console operations for logged-in users also remain unaffected.

We are aware of an issue with login to the Console and are investigating the root cause, and potential mitigations.

Database operations and our API remain unaffected.
