Outage Details

EHRs leveraging Digital Signing tools may see registration error notifications in their signing responses. Please note that messages are still being properly built and may be transmitted as normal. We are working to remove the notification as these users do not require registration via NewCrop services. This will not impact systems transmitting prescriptions through NewCrop, and is isolated only to EPCS digital signing solutions.

This issue has been addressed and resolved for most clients - providers should be able to digitally sign for EPCS.

We are continuing to monitor this situation and are working closely with those clients who are still experiencing issues. We will continue to monitor throughout the weekend.

A hotfix was rolled out earlier this afternoon and users should no longer be seeing registration errors when attempting to sign EPCS.

All clients who reported have been updated and we continue to monitor this situation. We will post another update early Friday morning, 2/28.

We appreciate your continued patience as our teams work to resolve this matter; we've received reports of continued errors and continue to investigate this matter.

Some providers are able to transmit EPCS by using the Authy OTP instead of the Push Notification, so please instruct prescribers to use the one-time passcode in the meantime. All reporting clients have been updated.

A hotfix has been deployed to resolve this issue with EPCS digital signing; providers should now be able to sign & transmit controlled medications. All reporting cases have been updated and we are awaiting customer confirmation of resolution.
