Intermittent Issue with Reporting and Data-out API services

Dear Client,
The team has been monitoring closely and we have not seen any traces of recurrence of the issue. While we will continue to monitor at the backend, the incident is now marked as resolved.

If you are using the data out API to extract data, request you to please re initiate the connection for Friday (20th June) and Saturday (21st June) as complete data should now be available on the dashboard.

A fix for this issue has been implemented and the interaction details are being loaded into the system which will allow them to appear in reporting and within the data-out APIs. We are monitoring the progress as our system works through the backlog of interactions.

We will provide an update once this backlog has cleared.
