The issue has been resolved, and all components are operational.

We are continuing to monitor the fixes which were applied and aware of a few isolated reports of latency within the platform which are being reviewed.
We have also been made aware that during the incident, Automation sends were held and later released.
Apologies for the incorrect information shared previously.
