OneLogin Engineers have also identified an issue with OneLogin Protect Push notifications. We are working to quickly restore the service. Users should manually enter their OTP codes when prompted during authentication.

Events in the EU Shard are now beginning to be processed.

OneLogin experienced a Service Disruption for users accessing their OneLogin Portal in EU Shard tenants between 8:50am and 9:20am CET. This issue has been mitigated.
OneLogin Engineers have also identified an issue with OneLogin Protect Push notifications. Users should manually enter their OTP codes when prompted during authentication while OneLogin engineers work to restore the service.

Engineering have mitigated the issue affecting Events. Current Events in the EU Shard are now being processed. The backlog of previously paused Events are also beginning to be processed.
OneLogin Protect Push notifications in the EU Shard are now working normally.

Engineering has mitigated the issue affecting Events. Current Events in the EU Shard are now being processed. A significant portion of the backlog of paused events has been processed.
We are still actively processing the remainder of the backlog.
