Outage Details

Following the previously reported incident (IM-906: OneTrust Emails Stuck in Processing State from December 26, 20:37 UTC, to December 27, 22:30 UTC), emails that could not be sent during the stated period were placed in a “stuck” or "processing" status due to delays in reprocessing. This incident only impacts customers with a non-custom (standard) e-mail configuration.

At the present time, the affected emails remain in “stuck” or "processing" status. We are currently developing a fix for this issue and will provide further updates as to when we will begin reprocessing these emails.

Please note that this may result in duplicate emails being received. Additionally, some of these emails may include privacy rights-related notifications, which, because of the delay in processing, could require a shorter response time. All services are currently operating normally, and emails sent outside the incident window were processed as expected.
