We’ve identified an issue where users may experience delays in data freshness when accessing the Insights dashboard through the APP environment. At present, the Insights dashboard and reports may display data that is up to 22 hours behind.
Our team is scaling up infrastructure, and we expect a significant improvement once the scale-up is complete.
