The engineering team identified and addressed the system lag issue, bringing performance back to near-nominal levels. While assessment submissions are now functional, some users may still experience occasional delays as the team continues monitoring to ensure full resolution.
We are aware of an issue impacting customers in the APP environment, where users may experience delays or be unable to submit assessments (and also other performance issues related to the assessment and TPRM module)
Our engineering team identified that the issue was caused by system lag in the APP environment. At present, the lag has returned to near-nominal levels, and we are actively monitoring the situation. While submitting assessments should now work, some users may still experience occasional delays.
