Outage Details
We want to inform customers of a data discrepancy affecting cookie consent statistics within CMP Dashboards & Reporting for the month of February 2025. This issue does not impact live traffic data.
Following incident IM-962, OneTrust Engineering teams identified inconsistencies in reported cookie consent statistics for multiple customers. To resolve this, we will be deploying data fixes in a phased approach while ensuring there is no impact on live traffic.
A hotfix (HF) is scheduled for mid-next week, with data corrections being implemented gradually across impacted environments. We anticipate full resolution within the next 2-3 weeks.
