Outage Details

Clearance Support has been notified that Microsoft is experiencing connectivity issues in their South Central US region, starting at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET. Due to this, you will be unable to access Estimator until Microsoft is able to correct the issue. This will result in a message stating: ERROR: System was unable to connect to Bill Estimate Interface. Please contact your system administrator. Action Required: None – please be aware of the issue above. We will send out a resolved notice once Microsoft corrects this issue. REF 15698968
