Our engineering team has identified the issue and applied a fix to having Otter join Zoom meetings.
The issue is related to issues due to Zoom. We're working with Zoom to resolve the issue fully as soon as possible.
We have resumed operations but will continue to monitor the situation. You may still see some delayed joins up to a couple of minutes for Zoom meetings.
