We've received a report that Microsoft 365 services are recovering; impacted Outreach services including Calendaring, Mailing, and Mailbox Sync are also showing signs of recovery. We will continue to monitor telemetry to ensure all services have fully recovered.

We've been made aware of Microsoft 365 service degradation; this is causing issues for MS Graph API and connected Outreach mailboxes and calendars. Engineers are closely monitoring the situation, and telemetry is indicating Outreach users may be seeing improvement for impacted mailboxes and calendars.

An update will be provided as more information becomes known.
