Unable to send emails through the Outlook Add in

The incident regarding users not being able to utilize the Microsoft Outlook Add In, has been resolved.

Microsoft has mitigated the issue, and, Outreach users should be able to utilize the Outlook Add In. We will continue to monitor.

We've identified a reported issue with Microsoft https://status.cloud.microsoft/, Outreach's Outlook Add In partner. Outreach users may encounter issues sending emails trough the Outlook Add In. We've engaged our third-party partner to assist with the investigation. Updates will be provided as more information becomes known.

Engineers are currently investigating multiple reports of users not being able to send emails using the Outlook Add in. We will update as soon as more information becomes known.
