This incident has been resolved. The issue affecting application deployments in ODC Portal has been mitigated, and deployments are operating normally.
Users attempting to deploy an application to another stage should no longer encounter the error OS-STGC-60005. Our monitoring shows no further occurrences of this error since 16:23 UTC.
We apologise for the disruption this caused to deployment activities.

A fix has been applied to address the issue affecting application deployments in ODC Portal, and we are seeing initial signs of recovery. Users attempting to deploy an application to another stage should progressively stop encountering the error OS-STGC-60005.
