Dedicated Server - Rescue Mode - Authentication Method: SSH key

When using rescue mode the email that should contain the temporary password is not being properly sent and instead the email will state the authentication method as being "SSH key (chosen during installation)".
The current work around is to setup an SSH key and set it to default by clicking the key icon after saving your key:
