Outage Details
We've identified an issue affecting the processing of orders with a total amount of $0.00. These orders are unable to complete the payment step in the standard order funnel, preventing successful checkout.
Our team is actively working to resolve the issue.
Workaround:
If an order ID has already been generated, it is possible to manually complete the payment using the following API calls:
GET /me/order/{orderId}/paymentMethods - to retrieve the payment ID
POST /me/order/{orderId}/pay - to complete the payment manually
We will provide updates as we make progress on a permanent fix.
