Dear Valued Customer, We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing technical issues with one of our carriers, Kuehne + Nagel while retrieving tracking updates via their API connection. As a result, shipment tracking updates for Ocean, Air, and LTL modes for this carrier may be temporarily unavailable. Please be assured that we are closely working with Kuehne + Nagel to resolve this matter at the earliest.
