Our engineers are currently investigating an issue processing subscriptions for Paddle Billing and loading Orders within Paddle.net. The impact is being looked into and we will update as soon as we know more, along with the steps we've taken to resolve the issue once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.
Our engineers have identified the issue and implemented a fix. All affected subscriptions have now been processed. Additionally, there was a delay in sending webhooks for the affected subscriptions, which has now been fixed.
We will continue to monitor the platform for the next 24 hours before closing this incident.
