The Panopto Clouds are experiencing a slight increase in viewing error rates. Approximately .26% of video views are impacted. Videos with multiple occurrences of the same clip are not viewable.
The source of the increased error rates has been identified. Our team is testing a fix for the issue and planning to deploy the fix after business hours tomorrow, Wednesday, 1/31.

The Panopto Clouds are experiencing a slight increase in viewing error rates. Approximately 0.26% of video views are impacted. Videos with multiple occurrences of the same clip are not viewable.
The source of the increased error rates has been identified. Our team is planning to deploy the fix after business hours today, Wednesday, 1/31.

The fix for the viewing issue was applied to all clouds. The Cloud Operations team will continue to monitor the situation to ensure the system is operating normally.
