We would like to inform you that we are currently observing an increase in the number of transactions remaining in a pending status. Our initial investigation indicates that the issue is related to an intermittent communication disruption between the processing bank and the Interac network, which is impacting the timely completion of some transactions. As a result, certain transactions may take longer than usual to receive a final status update. Our technical and operations teams are actively working with our banking and network partners to investigate the root cause and restore normal processing as quickly as possible. At this time, we recommend monitoring pending transactions and avoiding any manual intervention unless specifically advised by our team. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the issue.
