The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting a small subset of customers within our production environment. This issue began on 03-27-2023 at 15:35UTC and was resolved at 03-27-2023 at 17:14 UTC. Users could access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.
