The Salesforce Technology team has identified a performance degradation affecting a subset of customers within our production environment. This issue began at 2023-0327 at 15:53UTC. Users can access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may be unavailable or running at less than optimal levels. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.

Users could access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.
