Cloudflare Global Network experiencing issues

This incident has been resolved.

Cloudflare have updated their status page with the following:

A fix has been implemented and we believe the incident is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor for errors to ensure all services are back to normal.

Cloudflare is continuing to work on restoring service.

We are continuing to await full service restoration from Cloudflare. Please note, Cloudflare is completely external to Moody's and therefore we cannot provide any timeframe on full service restoration.

Cloudflare has identified the issue and a fix is being implemented.

We are seeing services recover from Cloudflare end but customers may continue to observe higher-than-normal error rates as they continue remediation efforts.
Please note this outage may impact SSO login users and other data provider integrations.

Cloudflare is aware of and they are investigating an issue which impacts multiple customers: Widespread 500 errors, Cloudflare Dashboard and API also failing. They are working to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem.
