Any member attempting to call a PBS Support number may encounter a message that the number is unavailable. Our provider is investigating the issue and applying fixes on their end. We invite all members to email us at help@pbs.org until the issue is resolved. We have a notice posted at help.pbs.org and will update that banner and this status page as we receive more information from our phone provider.
