As of 18:16 UTC our response latencies have recovered. We are working with our database vendor to better understand what happened. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates.
We are being impacted by a wide-spread issue with MongoDB Atlas occurring across the US. We are working with Mongo to mitigate the issue. Response times are improving now. We will provide another update in 20 minutes.
Our Dashboard product in the US is also impacted by this issue.
