PetDesk experienced an issue with post-recording processing that prevented appointments from completing properly and resulted in incomplete SOAP notes. The team implemented an intermediate fix that partially improved processing, then performed a complete rollback to a previous version to fully resolve the issue. The incident was resolved after 4.7 hours, with normal appointment processing restored and batch reprocessing initiated for affected appointments.

The rollback is complete and appointments are processing again. New appointments should complete as expected. We will begin batch reprocessing appointments where there were incomplete SOAP notes shortly.
We have identified an issue in our post recording processing. An intermediate fix has resulted an increase in successful processing but we are in the process of rolling back to a previous version that will fully resolve this issue.
