Phreesia experienced payment processing errors in Zone 5 that caused transactions to fail or not process correctly, also affecting the Phreesia Dashboard and PhreesiaPad intake sessions with delays. The engineering team addressed the issue by adding additional resources to improve performance and temporarily enabled the Auxiliary Payment System as a workaround. The incident was resolved after 30 hours once all services returned to stable performance.
