This incident was triggered when our engineers noticed a (<1%) growth in error rate after a code deployment to PingID servers. After initial triage and traffic routing tests we confirmed that the code change was the likely cause and we rolled back seamlessly to the previous release. Our development teams will now investigate and take corrective actions before rolling forwards again. We apologise for any inconvenience.
