Our vendor has reported elevated network packet loss impacting AWS Direct Connect connectivity in the US-EAST-2 Region. Their engineers are actively working to mitigate the issue, and they have indicated that customers may experience timeouts during this period.
At this time, Ping has not observed any interruptions to our services, but we will continue to actively monitor the situation. The vendor’s next update is expected by 2:00 PM PDT, and we will share relevant updates as soon as more information is available.
