Error rates have returned to normal levels, and the team will continue to monitor. If the error rates remain normal for the next 30 minutes, we will resolve the incident.

The root cause of the issue has been identified and a mitigation was put in place to reduce the error rate. The Engineering team continues working on resolving the root cause of the issue.

PingOne Service is experiencing performance degradation. We are seeing DNS resolution issues when making REST API calls to external services. This may affect customers who are using the DaVinci HTTP connectors. Next update within 60 minutes.
