Though the Pitney Bowes applications and services were up and running from about 5:00 AM EST however starting 9:00 AM EST, we are seeing increased latency. As per latest update from AWS, AWS technical teams are making several changes to mitigate the root cause of the outage earlier, we may observe latency problems across the AWS platform.
