Helldivers 2 : Throttling of FindLobbies and UpdateLobby calls

UpdateLobby load has subsided and throttling has dropped down to zero. We will continue to monitor as we approach peak load for the day.

Incoming UpdateLobby calls have increased another 20% resulting in additional throttling.

Throttling limits have been increased for FindLobbies and throttling has been reduced. We are currently monitoring as the daily load increases.

UpdateLobby throttling mitigated at 10:35 AM by raising per title limits.

Inbound call rates more than doubled starting around 2:00 AM PST and continued upward until around 4:25 AM when throttling limits kicked in. Upwards of 21% of lobby calls are being throttled. Upwards of 38% of FindLobbies calls are being throttled.
